Minimum 3 day rentals other times of year.

Fees:
- Cleaning Fee: $175
- Security Deposit: $500 Cottage, $1,000 House
- State and Local tax: 14.5%

Additional booking details:
Reservations are confirmed once the rental agreement is signed and returned. Once you make your reservation, we will ask for 1/2 of the rent within 7 days. The remaining balance & security deposit is due 45 days prior to arrival. If you are already within the 45 day window, we will ask for the entire payment. We accept check & Venmo.
