The House and Cottage
A place to be enjoyed by family and friends. Our house and cottage are located on adjacent lots separated by a privacy fence and are available for rental together or separately. Both properties are updated with ample furniture for lounging inside and out for that perfect Cape Cod beach getaway.
The Main House
Cape Cod style home with updated 3 bedrooms (2 Queen, 7 twin), 1 1/2 baths, full kitchen, dining room, finished basement and a large patio, fire pit, gas grill and outdoor shower. Sleeps 8-10
Located near Nantucket Sound beaches, parks, many great restaurants and ice cream!
Take a short 1/3 mile walk to Inman and Cliff MetCalf Memorial beaches or stroll 1/10 miles to Seaview Park for playgrounds, tennis courts and walking trails. Or jump on your bike and connect to the Cape Code rail trail only 2.5 miles away.
Walk to may great restaurants in the area including The Wee Packet, Sundae School Ice Cream, The Ocean House and The Wooden Shoe.
Located Mid-Cape which also allows for daytrips to P-Town, Chatham, Harwich Port or jump on a boat to Nantucket.
